Overview
Are you looking to be part of a great Maintenance Team? Otterbein is looking to add a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technician II to our team!

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri with on-call responsibilities every other weekend. Candidates with experience and a willingness to be part of a great team are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Maintains a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the residents, their families, visitors and partners.

Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.

Assists with moving of residents furnishings as needed.

Paints residents' living quarters as needed.

Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure.
