Role Overview Working in a participative, team‑based environment utilising World Class Operations (WCO) processes, the Maintenance Team Leader will oversee, lead, and develop a team of 12–15 licensed trades professionals (Millwrights, Electricians), as well as the Maintenance Scheduler/Planner and MRO Buyer. This role is a key operational resource supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing activities through equipment troubleshooting, maintenance execution, and process optimisation. The Lead also plans and directs small‑to‑medium scale projects, manages departmental budgets, controls expenditures, and ensures deliverables are completed on time, within scope and quality standards.
