POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for:
Providing front-line safety and engagement-based technical leadership to achieve plant and platform results. Direct leadership of the mechanics and maintenance capability specialists. Building maintenance capability at all levels of the platform team. Working to eliminate losses following a rigorous daily process that is data-driven and focused on root cause elimination. Being accountable for improving the reliability of their systems through leading their team in maintenance of foundational systems, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement tools.The Maintenance Team Leader will lead a team on the Night Shift, 12 hour shift (6 pm - 6 am) working a 2-2-3 schedule with the D Crew.
