What you’ll do:
Primary Function: Ensure plant operational continuity through a safe, efficient, and sustainable maintenance strategy that prevents failures, optimizes resources, and supports Eaton Electrical’s operational and financial objectives.
Essential Functions:- Coordinate effective communication within the maintenance team.
- Organize and facilitate technical training for team members and stakeholders.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on specialized equipment, including remote phone support when required.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with the Production team.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to align and execute improvement initiatives.
- Ensure and reinforce the proper use and care of tools and equipment.
- Ensure and add new components to the critical spare parts list.
