Overview

Responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of maintenance activities across the assigned perimeter. Key duties include training, KPI management, continuous improvement, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety rules for maintenance activities (e.g., LOTO procedure).
• Induct all newcomers, including temporary staff, into the safety and operational framework.
• Organize and schedule training actions, ensuring team members are proficient with procedures, tools, and standards.
• Train the team on Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red‑tag usage, and other safety protocols.
• Analyze flexibility and multi‑skill needs, defining training plans to develop autonomy and an improvement mindset.
• Monitor certification processes for each team member and keep the flexibility grid up‑to‑date.
