Maintenance Supervisor

Red Lion Municipal Authority is looking for a full time Maintenance Supervisor to manage a waste water and sewer system team.

This role will include the supervision of operations and maintenance of the team, manage employees and evaluate performance, research and identify training needs and provide overall management support of the department.

Candidate should possess  10 years of related experience managing a team and the ability to operate a mini-excavator, backhoe and various construction equipment, CDL Class B or higher is desirable.  Industry experience in waste water or sewer management would be extremely beneficial.

Knowledge:

• Ability to plan, maintain and manage efficient collection and distribution operation.
