HTI is assisting a global paper packaging manufacturer with their search for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at their startup plant in Spartanburg, SC!

• Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000 / year , depending on experience and education
• Schedule: Full time, normal daytime business hours
• Location: Spartanburg, SC (local candidates preferred)
• This is a direct hire, full-time role

Summary:

This role will supervise 3 Maintenance Technicians (one on each shift) and the plant Electrician, with overall responsibility for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of the plant’s production machinery and other plant equipment.
