Job Title : Maintenance Supervisor (Injection Moulding) Geographical area : Johannesburg South, Gauteng Qualifications & Requirements: Matric Trade Test (Fitter & Turner, Millwright, or Electrician) or relevant Engineering qualification (NQF L4/L5 minimum) Minimum 8 years maintenance experience in a plastics / injection moulding environment, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior technician / team leader role Hands-on maintenance on injection moulding machines 50450 t (Arburg, Engel, Haitian, Demag or equivalent) hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Practical knowledge of cold-runner and hot-runner mould maintenance, mould PM procedures, ejector systems, slides, lifters, and gate maintenance; cavity polishing and repair Computer literate maintenance records, PPM scheduling, spare parts requisitions; proficient in MS Office (Excel for KPI and downtime tracking) Valid Code 08 drivers licence; forklift / overhead crane licence Responsibilities: PPM schedule complia...
