About the Job
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our residential society and office. The person should have good practical knowledge of electrical work, plumbing work, STP, pumps, motors, water supply, and common area maintenance.
The main responsibility will be to manage electricians, plumbers, STP operators, and other maintenance staff. The candidate should also be capable of checking and resolving minor technical issues independently whenever required.
