ProWood, a UFP Industries brand, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Bartow, Florida facility.
This role is ideal for a strong maintenance leader who understands manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance, safety, troubleshooting, and team development. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, support plant operations, lead maintenance employees, and help ensure equipment, buildings, tools, and systems are operating safely and efficiently.
The right candidate is practical, organized, mechanically strong, and comfortable leading from the floor. This is a role for someone who can solve problems, coach employees, improve processes, and keep production moving.
