This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring excellent service standards are met.

Assist the Regional Manager in training and managing the service team effectively.
Work with the Regional Manager to oversee capital improvement projects.
Inspect the property, grounds, buildings, vacant apartments, and fire alarms as part of the preventative maintenance program and curb appeal efforts.
