Job Summary

Maintenance Supervisor at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Assiniboia, SK. Reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and is responsible for supervising skilled trades staff in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in work order planning and scheduling
• Manage the establishment and implementation of preventative and corrective operational maintenance programs
• Train staff

Qualifications

• Millwright trade licence or Mechanical Engineer supplemented with a minimum of 5 years millwright experience
• Demonstrated attention to workplace safety
• Previous supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance management software
• Willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
