- Oversees equipment and production line upkeep, leading teams to ensure maximum uptime, safety and efficiency through planning preventive7predictive maintenance.
- Mange budgets
- Controlling inventory
- Enforcing quality/safety standards.
- Supervise, train and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Collaborate with production to schedule maintenance with mínimal disruption, focusing on reliability and output.
- Safety and compliance.
- Reporting & analysis. Track KPIs, analyze equipment performance and report on maintenance activities and costs.
Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum experiência of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Bachelor degree in engineering, administration or similar.
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Bilingual Spanish-English
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
