Maintenance Superintendent (UPP00057)
Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. Your role is to develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the achievement of project and production goals in a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manner. You will promote Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for all mine equipment, including mobile fleet and fixed plant equipment.
- Coordinate the Maintenance Department for site operations, working with Planning, Mobile, Fixed Plant, and Electrical teams.
- Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to integrate best‑in‑class maintenance practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness, including Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
