:Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will establish our maintenance programs to ensure the achievement of project and production goals in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Develop and implement the maintenance strategies for all mine equipment, including the mobile fleet and fixed plant equipment;
Coordinate the Maintenance Department for operations on site, including the Planning department, Mobile, Fixed Plant, and Electrical teams;
Work with OEMs and vendors to integrate best-in-class maintenance practices;
