Maintenance Superintendent Construction

Education Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Knowledge and Experience. · 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, construction, asset integrity, reliability, or industrial maintenance environments. · SAP Maintenance Module (PM) and Microsoft Office Suite. · Maintenance planning and scheduling processes. · Asset Integrity and Reliability Management principles. · ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Process Safety Management (PSM) standards. · Maintenance of static equipment, piping systems, infrastructure, and construction activities. · Materials management, spare parts control, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). · Budget monitoring and cost control. · Contractor and supplier management. · Technical knowledge of welding processes, non-destructive testing (NDT), and equipment repair practices. Language: · English proficiency (B2 level or higher). spanish.
