Maintenance Staff

Position Goals

* Pick up food and Laundry

• Ensure the cleanliness of the facilities and the surrounding.
• Minimizing the repair time and repair cost.
• Provide accurate equipment preventive maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance of all buildings and equipment's.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the surroundings of the facility including the pathway and entrances
• Clearing and safe keeping of company property during typhoon or emergency cases.
• Set up and pull out for events and special events.
• Assist guides and monitoring of outside contractors
• Cleaning and upholstering of Company Motorcycle preventive maintenance check.
• Monitoring of Lights around the perimeters,
• Conducts maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, masonry and plumbing repair.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
