Job DutiesPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on residential buildings and facilities.
Complete carpentry work including framing, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, and trim installation.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
Repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, drains, water lines, and sewer systems.
Service and repair appliances including refrigerators, stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and dishwashers.
Perform interior and exterior building repairs, including roofing, concrete, masonry, fencing, gutters, and structural components.
Prepare surfaces and complete painting, drywall finishing, and related repairs.
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with housing standards.<...
