Maintenance Scheduler

We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to provide administrative support for the Fort Hills maintenance team, which includes planning and work order support, employee time submission, oil sample data entry, and support for the various needs of the management team.

Where You'll Be Working

• Shift: 14x14 - 12h/day
• Site: Fort Hills
• Accommodations: Camp is provided
• Transportation: Flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton to site

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support for the planning and maintenance supervisor group.
• Input parent/child components.
• Open and close maintenance work orders based on Planner's direction and the day‑to‑day needs of maintenance supervisors.
• Complete component C/O sheets with assistance of the maintenance supervisors.
• Record and prepare oil samples for shipment.
