This is a full time, exempt-level position. 

***The ideal work location for this position would be Des Moines, IA or another , and the individual must be able to report into an ADM site as needed.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Process Improvement (MPI) Practitioner role assesses, trains, coaches, implements, and ensures sustainability of Maintenance Process Improvement in the primary areas of Work Management and Planning/Scheduling, as well as the secondary areas of MRO (, repair and operations) and Warehousing at specifically-assigned, critical ADM plants.
