Maintenance Plumber
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Plumber to join our team based in Derby.
Job Purpose
The Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, testing, installation and fault finding on plumbing and mechanical systems throughout the facility.
The role also includes supporting general building maintenance activities and ensuring all systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out repairs, installations, replacements, testing and fault-finding on water supply and distribution systems, including valves, fixtures and outlets.
Install water systems, pipework and fixtures in line with drawings, specifications, regulations and industry standards.
