Position Overview
The Plant Utility role supports multiple departments by performing combustible dust cleaning, removing trash and running the compactor, operating a scrubber, and completing other safety and housekeeping tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Vacuum overhead pipes, support beams, and other elevated areas with dust accumulation that cannot be reached from floor level.Clean tops of electrical cabinets, production equipment, and other elevated surfaces with dust accumulation reachable from floor level.Perform combustible dust cleaning of upper areas throughout the facility, including overhead pipes, support beams, equipment, ceilings, and similar surfaces.Operate a vacuum cleaner and attachments.Operate a scissor lift and scrubber safely and proficiently.Remove trash inside and outside the plant and safely operate the compactor...
