Maintenance Planner – Penticton Regional Hospital
Responsibilities
Develop maintenance plans and set maintenance schedules in support of Maintenance and Engineering Teams requirements and available capacity.
Be responsible for the transactional process of Maintenance planning in the CMMS to ensure accurate Maintenance orders and purchase releases based on required dates; collaborate with Facilities Team to manage capacity constraints.
Be responsible for ensuring timely completion of Facilities work orders.
Expedite and complete routine past‑due work order follow‑up to support the Maintenance schedule.
Generate work orders using CMMS.
Release work orders to Maintenance and Engineering Teams per the Maintenance schedule.
Develop and execute improvements to focus on inventory reduction and material shortages.
