Job Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work, including developing, scheduling, optimizing, analyzing, and closing work orders of all types. It also generates reports relating to maintenance activities such as labor, material parts cost, total equipment costs, schedule compliance, and proactive work.
Location: Lunenburg, NS production facility. Must be on site 5 days per week. Relocation available for candidates in Alberta and Ontario.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow process to ensure all requested work is inputted correctly into the CMMS, with proper skill assignment, cost center, and clear instructions.
- Track maintenance activities and communicate effectively to all stakeholders on the status of requested work.
