Maintenance Planner
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the planning and optimization of all maintenance activities, including the full utilization of a computerized maintenance management system. The focus of the position is to provide support that enables maintenance activities to be performed safely, cost effectively, and to an acceptable quality standard.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background gained through relevant post‑secondary education.
- Experience building comprehensive job plans and work packages.
- Coordination experience for maintenance outages (both minor and major).
- Experience building work schedules to optimize maintenance opportunities in a 24/7 operation.
- Understanding of stores/spare parts management processes and ability to utilize resources and plan for the future.
