Job Description
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and managing the maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment within the food manufacturing facility. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities and personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing maintenance practices to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery. Plan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize and plan maintenance activities based on production schedules and equipment needs.
