Maintenance Planner

POSITION: Maintenance Planner, Bugo Manufacturing Plant

Job Purpose: Translate maintenance needs into detailed, executable work packages - including labor, parts, tools, and procedures - ensuring all planned work is ready before scheduling.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed job plans for all scheduled maintenance work.
2. Coordinate parts, materials, and kitting prior to job scheduling.
3. Optimize maintenance workflow to maximize wrench time.
4. Manage the maintenance backlog and work order system.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
6. Support reliability improvement through feedback and plan refinement.
7. Control maintenance costs via accurate estimating and parts management.
