Job Description
Take charge of planning and scheduling maintenance activities at our Lunenburg, NS production facility. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills and experience with CMMS systems.
As the Maintenance Planner reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the planning of all maintenance work. Your responsibilities will include optimizing maintenance schedules, developing work orders, and generating reports on labor and equipment costs. Strong collaboration with maintenance technicians and Spare Parts Coordinators is crucial for timely completion of work and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage workflow process in the CMMS system
• Track and communicate status of maintenance activities
• Collaborate on kitting process improvements
• Optimize schedules for all types of maintenance
• Develop detailed PMs for plant assets
