Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company based in Parow is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their Engineering team on a 3-month contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on individual who is immediately available and has experience within a maintenance or production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the planned maintenance system
Schedule and monitor planned and preventative maintenance
Manage maintenance requests and issue reminders to relevant stakeholders
Generate and maintain maintenance reports
Design maintenance schedules for new equipment
Support the implementation and maintenance of CMMS systems
Assist with stores stock-taking and inventory control
Lead and support the maintenance team
Ensure SHEQ compliance is maintained
Minimum Requirements
BTech / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
4–5 years’ experience in a maintenance or production environment
