Maintenance Person – (Ongoing Role)
Location: Bath (BA2)
Pay: £14.31 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible between 8:00/9:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate
We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a busy student accommodation site in central Bath.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure rooms and communal areas are safe, functional, and ready for residents ahead of the new academic year.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the building.
* Repair door handles, locks, furniture, fittings, and fixtures.
* Replace light bulbs and complete basic electrical repairs.
* Undertake minor plumbing tasks, including fixing taps, unblocking drains, and replacing shower doors.
* Complete painting touch-ups and minor decorating work.
* Inspect appliances and report any faults.
* Ensure all rooms meet health and safety standards.
