Maintenance Operations Coordinator

About the Role

This is a coordination focused role where you’ll be the link between planning, execution and continuous improvement within our maintenance team. You’ll help ensure maintenance activities are well organised, compliant and aligned with operational needs, while working closely with the team to support the smooth running of our site.

You’ll work alongside the Maintenance Manager and wider maintenance team to coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, support compliance requirements and contribute to ongoing improvements across the function.

While this role is primarily focused on coordination and operational support, you’ll also spend time working alongside the maintenance team to understand priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
