MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Summary This position is located in Carlsbad Caverns National Park. This is a Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment. Responsibilities At the full performance level (WS-09) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Provide technical and administrative supervision over subordinates performing various trades and labor occupations such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Heavy Equipment Operating, Utility Maintenance, Masonry, Welding, Historical Preservation, and/or Painting. 2. Provide professional and technical support and knowledge on utilities, trades, and crafts such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Heavy Equipment Operating, Utility Maintenance, Masonry, Welding, Historical Preservation, and/or Painting, drainage, storm and sanitary sewer systems, trails, grounds keeping and janitorial services. 3.
