Job Description
Reporting to Site Head your responsibilities will be to:
Oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring legal and safety compliance.Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and manage CAPEX projects.Manage all predictive preventive & breakdown maintenance for the plant.Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.Drive energy and water efficiency initiatives and uphold SHE policies.Collaborate with internal process heads and external vendors, suppliers, and statutory authorities.The Successful Applicant<...
