Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.## **Main Resposibilites*** Maintenance of the reticulation services, water drainage, electricity, gas and air conditioning* General maintenance throughout the complex* Planned preventative maintenance* Maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration* Monitor and co-ordinate all services performed by contractors on site* Conduct inspections of building and grounds to ensure complex complies with building regulations and in line with occupational, Health and Safety Act* Attend to breakdowns* Staff supervision, direction and developm...
