As a Maintenance Manager, you will supervise a small team of mechanics during the first and second shift. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll, delegating tasks, making work order schedules, and ordering parts. Your role will involve completing planned and emergency maintenance work assignments safely and promptly. You will inspect and repair conveyors, gear reducers, chains, belt drives, cappers, fillers, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Additionally, you will repair equipment electrically, including motors, PLCs, gearboxes, and control panels, and maintain packaging and production systems. Welding skills are preferred but not required. Accurate and timely completion of records and paperwork is essential, as is the operation of machinery.
