Job Description

 
  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our plant facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
  Responsibilities: 
 Data/ report analysis from (preventative & breakdown system)
 Ensuring a quality PMS platform in terms of data and system integrity.
 Plan necessary equipment and facility cleaning with hygiene/technical department.
 Planning and scheduling of resources
 Tactics and strategy on Asset Care
 Assisting with Capex projects
 Upkeep of Site buildings
 Day to day breakdown maintenance assistance.
 Ensure that services (Air/Water/Electricity/Effluent plant) are always available for site.
