Maintenance Manager (Urgent Hiring)
Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembila
Salary Range: RM7,000 – RM12,000 (negotiable based on experience)
We are assisting an established plastic manufacturing company in Nilai to source suitable candidates for the position of Maintenance Manager. This role is suitable for candidates with strong hands‑on experience in plastic manufacturing maintenance, especially in injection moulding and blow moulding operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities for injection moulding, blow moulding and auxiliary equipment.
- Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct breakdown analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and downtime improvement.
- Improve machine uptime, OEE and production stability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and shutdown maintenance planning.
