Responsibilities:

— Lead and improve preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs
— Oversee maintenance execution, reliability initiatives, and asset performance tracking
— Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective solutions
— Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to optimize equipment uptime
— Manage CMMS performance, spare parts control, and planning/scheduling systems
— Support capital project development, design reviews, and equipment installations
— Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and related industry standards
