Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 12 facilities across Western Spain from our Barcelona hub. You will be a key driver in ensuring smooth, uninterrupted sorting operations, directly contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high performance and minimal downtime of sorting and conveyor systems.
• Lead maintenance strategies (conveyors, scanning systems, X‑ray, and building infrastructure).
• Troubleshoot issues during operations and optimize system performance.
• Manage suppliers, audits, and asset protection initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.
• Oversee building maintenance and support site operations.
• Control budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance reporting.
