+ **_Main responsibilities:_**
+ Responsible for Safety, Health, Environment and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for up time of all these resources.
+ Develop departmental objectives / KRA for function to assign with MFG.
+ Implementation of industrial excellence by involving supervisors & operators to improve continuously by implementing 5S and Autonomous maintenance.
+ Responsible for driving Preventive & Predictive maintenance
+ Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down
+ Responsible for statutory compliance requirements.
+ Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.
+ Implement & follow IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45000 & 50001 system procedures to improve the performance.
+ Critical spare parts management.
+ Plan & implement AMC for critical and utility equipment.
