About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within a high-performing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring CNC machines and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.
What You’ll Do
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities and lead a team of technicians to support production excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues
