Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in the oil & gas, lubricant blending, petroleum, refinery, petrochemical, or chemical processing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all maintenance activities, ensuring maximum plant availability, reliability, safety, and compliance while optimizing maintenance costs and improving equipment performance. The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with the Operations, Production, HSE, Procurement, and Finance departments to achieve the company's operational and strategic objectives.
