Job Description
Duties
- Oversee all maintenance across two game lodges, the central staff village, and the game-vehicle workshop
- Manage and mentor a team of maintenance staff, artisans, and general workers
- Plan, budget for, and execute preventative and reactive maintenance programmes
- Ensure lodges, guest facilities, and staff accommodation are maintained to a high standard
- Oversee servicing, repair, and roadworthiness of game-viewing and utility vehicles
- Manage borehole systems, pumps, reticulation, and water supply infrastructure across the reserve
- Coordinate with lodge management on maintenance scheduling to minimise guest disruption
- Manage stock, spares, tools, and supplier relationships for the workshop and stores
- Assist with general farm and reserve infrastructure management (fencing, roads, buildings)
