Description
As a Maintenance Lead Man, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in supporting maintenance activities to maintain and repair furnaces, equipment, and facilities to ensure continuity of efficient production. This role may also include installation and modification of equipment and facility systems. In addition, this position assists with calibration and compliance-related activities to support IATF requirements under the direction of maintenance and quality leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist the Maintenance Manager with maintenance department work assignments to help minimize equipment breakdowns and support timely repairs.
+ Follow all safety protocols and support safe work practices within the maintenance team.
+ Follow all 5S and housekeeping standards and support these practices with the team.
+ Perform maintenance tasks to support efficient production of parts.
