What You Will Do
- Manage and lead the maintenance team.
- Support Plant Manager with CAPEX and FE – Fix Expenses budgeting.
- Participate and contribute in all improvement initiatives such as 6S, Safety Excellence, Winning Together, Waste reduction, etc.
- Place service calls to outside repair/contractor agencies.
- Interface and support contractors as needed.
- Report safety and environmental incidents.
- Ensure all operators have the relevant training to operate equipment related to their assignments in a safe manner.
