Overview

Maintenance Lead role to oversee maintenance, safety and operation of building systems, equipment, and grounds at Hallmark on the Park and Hallmark on the Lake, our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities in Abbotsford BC.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance across building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Oversee building and grounds upkeep, ensuring repairs and maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
• Lead site safety planning, including safety orientations and fire drills.
• Select and oversee contractors for specialized work (flooring, grounds, elevators) with the Senior Operations Manager.
