Maintenance Foreman (Trade Tested Electrician)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team and allocate work effectively.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Lead electrical fault finding, repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure planned maintenance is completed on time.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset registers.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control departmental costs.
