About the Role
Panda Recycling are seeking a Maintenance Fitter to carry out maintenance and repair works in accordance with the operational and maintenance plan. Working within the available budget in order to improve operational reliability and availability of the plant and machinery at the lowest effective maintenance costs for all equipment, installations and buildings on site. Ensuring all works carried out are done so with Health, Safety, Environmental and Product Quality standards being the priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved company safety policies & processes and other relevant legislation is followed ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
- To provide mechanical repair and maintenance skills including fault identification, analysis to facilitate repairs, improvements, inspections, adjustments and refurbishments to agreed standards
