The Duke of York’s Royal Military School is seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and facilities services across our 150-acre estate. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our buildings, grounds and facilities remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the maintenance and facilities team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and day-to-day maintenance activities.

Monitor the quality of completed works and carry out inspections where required.

Oversee the Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring maintenance requests are prioritised and resolved effectively.
