Maintenance & Engineering Manager (Hamilton)

Weyerhaeuser is searching for a Maintenance and Engineering Manager. This full‑time, exempt position is located in Kenora, Ontario and reports to the Mill Manager at the Kenora TimberStrand manufacturing facility. The role oversees all maintenance associates and functions, including safety, machine productivity, uptime, and facility upkeep. The manager drives improvements, implements changes, ensures processes are optimized, and identifies cost‑effective solutions to maintenance issues.
